Experience the beautiful Darling-Baaka River aboard the majestic Jandra Paddleboat. Enjoy one of the relaxing daily cruises, or book a private charter for a special event.

Once on board, the Captain will inform and entertain you with a delightful commentary on river life, flora, fauna, and the history of the riverboat era.

The original Jandra was a steam paddleboat built in Mannum, South Australia, in 1894 for Arthur Senior of Bourke. Our modern paddleboat was built by Russell Mansell and his family and commissioned in 2000. It is the first paddleboat to operate on the Darling River in over 60 years.

Cruises depart from the dock at Kidman’s Camp.

Please note: if you are interested in participating in a 9am cruise Monday to Saturday you are able to purchase a ticket the day beforehand at the Back O' Bourke Information and Exhibition Centre, or you are also able to purchase a ticket on board the Jandra by arriving 15 minutes prior to the cruise leaving.
