MIDNIGHT (BUSHRANGER) GRAVE

Bushranger Midnight was pursued from Enngonia in 1878 and shot near Wapweelah.

You can find Midnight's grave 39k's west of Enngonia. Trek over Irrara Creek, about 700 metres, where you will see a hut on your left; just past, there is a gate, and 150 metres from the gate is a stone monument.

Although Midnight was wounded near Wapweelah, he died in a hut not far from his grave.
