The Great Western Hotel Motel was established in 1898 and claims to have the longest lacework verandah in NSW. It is a spectacle in itself and an important piece of Cobar's history and well-loved by the community.
The Hotel offers bar and dining facilities and motel-style accommodation with attached ensuite in every room. Stop here a while for some photos and head inside to place an order at the bar for lunch or dinner, or call ahead for takeaway if you are travelling on.
