Cobar Sound Chapel
Information
The Cobar Sound Chapel is a permanent sound installation artwork. It was completed in early 2022 and is a creation by composer / sound artist Georges Lentz in collaboration with architect Glenn Murcutt.
The Cobar Sound Chapel is an intimate sound space, a marriage of music, architecture, art, poetry and nature. The Cobar Sound Chapel won the 2023 Adaptive re-use award in the 2023 NSW National trust awards.
