Here at Visit Bourke we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If an item comes damaged or is faulty please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will refund or replace any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by Bourke Tourism.
Please choose wisely as we do not refund for poor choice.
Note that all care is taken to ensure that the activities and attractions are able to proceed at the time and on the date specified. However, weather, illness and unforeseen circumstances may sometimes mean that cancellations do occur. Every care is taken to ensure that the impact of any cancellation is minimal. If an event or attraction is cancelled then Visit Bourke will refund the full fare amount paid.
Postage and Delivery
Bourke Tourism has a flat rate delivery charge of $6.00 for items delivered within Australia.
Overseas customers will be notified of delivery charge by email.
All items will be shipped within 2 business days after confirmation of payment.
If you reside in Australia you could expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. This information is only used to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletters, (if you have subscribed) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details to anyone.
Visit Bourke accepts the following payment methods:
• Secure Online Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard only). Credit card details are not stored and transferred in a highly encrypted secure database.
